a small hint:
weapons "normal max":
63-64: 24 statpoints/9% atk
68-69: 26 statpoints/10% atk
73-74: 28 statpoints/10-11% atk
78-79: 30 statpoints/11% atk
82-83: 32 statpoints/12% atk
88-89: 33 statpoints/13% atk
93-94: 35 statpoints/13% atk
98-99: 38 statpoints/14% atk

you don't need a database, you need EQUASIONS!!!

its not perfected yet, but here's the stats i've found for things.

shields and *most* weapons: max stat is item number x 2 - 1
example: haxan defender. counting from the bottom with buckler as 1, tower guard as 2, etc, haxan defender is the 11th shield. 11 is its item number. x2 = 22, -1 = 21. a simpler way of explaining this would be that every weapon / shield is 2 points max higher than the last. i've yet to see a shield that breaks this rule, and i've been seeing recently that weapons follow the same path. i challenge you all to find a class 4 unique weapon with more than 112 of a single stat.

for armors its much simpler, sorta. armors are 3x the material number. think that sounds a little high? after all, 3 pdef leather armor seems pretty unfound as of yet. but how can you explain my 18 pdef darkness chestpiece? and how can you explain appentium armors (12'th level) going up into the mid 3x? (btw i forged that chest with a 14 destruction to make 32 pd graham chest XD) the only factor on this one is the piece itself. i'm not an insane rich person after answers, but i've noticed that as you go down the line from chest, tasset, helm, gauntlets, and boots, the max stat seems to go down a few points.

the last guideline is that stats do not reach 4x. they just don't. they either cap out at 38 or 39. you'll have to ask some 8x+ for clarification on that. i've heard 38 from most players though. thus, i'll give you the max stats on each unique. sorry i don't have a formula for % stats, those ones are vaguer since there's about 1/3 the interval available to work with, and who knows maybe % is just 1/3 the normal max stat, but whatever.

the max stat on a weapon for % thusfar is 14% right? and the last uni is max 53% via 12 13 14 14 i think. and before that its 41 i think with 9 10 11 11, before that 30 with 6 7 8 9, and i don't know anything below that, but ima try to use those values to see if it corelates to the max stats on a fixed % decrease. i just tested the 4 for the last uni, and from the top down, its 35.9%, 37.8%, 37.1%, and 36.3% i'll edit the rest in later and the average calculated % drop. kk gl hf bye

mk from the top down here's what we got.
14 / 39 = .35897
14 / 37 = .37837
13 / 35 = .37142
12 / 33 = .36363
11 / 31 = .35483
11 / 29 = .37931

average the values obtained from the top 60% of weapons and you get .3700425, so all % maxes seem to be 37% of the max stat on any given item. and if you work forwards again there's a minor line of variation, so its more like | max stat x .37 - .5 rounded up |
the .5 is very accurate. the last (20th) weapon is 14.46, almost .5 above. down .5 then rounded up makes it 14 where its supposed to be, and the last (12th) weapon for the 6x uni is at 8.51. take off .5 to get 8.01 and round up and thats your 9. accurate within .01
